the opportunity to enter competitions. Entry to competitions is voluntary, and you
are under no obligation to take up an invitation from us to enter.

high standard of care as all other customer information, and use the information
provided strictly within the entry terms of the competition and this Privacy Policy.

want to enter a competition you must enter via the website on the applicable competition
page. The closing date is as specified in each competition, and thecypriot.com reserves
the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
If you win a competition,
we will notify you by e-mail within 7 days of the competition closing date. The
judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Competition
winners will be announced on thecypriot.com and by entering a competition the winner
agrees to participate in any promotional activity and material as thecypriot.com
may require. For competitions where the winner is not selected at random through
a draw and a panel of judges is required, the panel of judges will be comprised
of members of the marketing team of a relevant department of thecypriot.com unless
others stated on the relevant competition page. No part of a prize is exchangeable
for cash or any other prize. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve
the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

By completing and submitting the business directory registration form you represent and warrant that you agree
to provide true, accurate, current and complete information and that you agree to be bound by these terms.
thecypriot.com business directory is a fee-based service. Subject to the terms below, if your business is
accepted, then your business’ continued inclusion in thecypriot.com business directory will be subject to
review each year. By signing up with thecypriot.com business directory, thecypriot.com will consider and respond
to your request for inclusion in the directory.
The current fee for thecypriot.com business directory is a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of £100 plus VAT applicable for
each business submitted.
thecypriot.com reserves the right to decide whether, where, and how a business is listed. If thecypriot.com
accepts your business, thecypriot.com reserves the right to list your business in any category or subcategory
as thecypriot.com deems appropriate, at its sole discretion. thecypriot.com also reserves the right, at its
discretion, to remove your business from the directory or move the listing to a different category or subcategory for any reason.
thecypriot.com will contact all applicants by email describing whether their business has been accepted or
rejected. If thecypriot.com accepts a suggested business, the applicant is then entitled to email up to six
images for inclusion to their business directory listing in addition to the information entered into the
registration form. thecypriot.com will enable a listing to appear in the business directory once full payment
has been received in advance via cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card.
thecypriot.com and its subsidiaries and employees shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss of
business, profits or goodwill, loss of use or data, interruption of business, or for any indirect, special,
incidental or consequential damages of any character, even if thecypriot.com is aware of the risk of such
damages, that result in any way from an applicant’s use or inability to use this service, thecypriot.com’s
acceptance or rejection of a suggested business, or thecypriot.com continued listing of a business in the
directory.
thecypriot.com’s liability to an applicant shall not, for any reason, exceed the amount actually paid by
the applicant to thecypriot.com under this agreement.
thecypriot.com is not liable for any delay or failure in performance under these terms resulting directly
or indirectly from acts of God, terrorism, or other causes beyond its reasonable control.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the service and supersedes
all previous proposals, both oral and written, representations, writings and all other communications between
the parties with respect to such subject matter.

advertisements contained, distributed through, or linked, downloaded from the services and businesses
